Terms & Conditions for Hourly Usage

The tenant must be a Singapore Citizen.
Minimum rental period is 2 hours per slot.
Minimum rental duration is 6 months. We regret that rental duration of any period less than 6 months will involve higher charges.
A refundable deposit of S$500 or one month's rent, whichever higher, will be collected upon signing of tenancy agreement.
Rental is calculated on an hourly basis.
Collection of rental fees will commence on the first week of each month.

Unlimited Usage

Suitable for private tutors who:

-Hold lessons many times a week

-Wish to have exclusive use of the classrooms

-Hope to command more flexibility in arranging his or her lesson schedule

We have 2 classrooms which can hold 10 students which are provided for exclusive unlimited usage.

Unlimited Usage Rates

Rates are offered at best competitive price of S$1,600 nett monthly, inclusive of utilities.

Terms & Conditions for Unlimited Usage

The tenant must be a Singapore Citizen.
Minimum rental duration is 12 months. We regret that rental duration of any period less than 12 months will involve higher charges.
A refundable deposit of one month's rent and a rental fee of the first month will be collected upon signing of tenancy agreement.
